Welcome to Ruseval Swimwear. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

2. PRODUCT USE & CARE

Our swimwear is crafted for recreational use. Ruseval Swimwear is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, poor care, or natural wear and tear. Please follow the care instructions included with your garments.

3. EXCHANGES ONLY (NO REFUNDS)

We accept exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • No refunds.
  • Products must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tag and packaging.
  • Women’s bottoms and one-piece swimsuits are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.
  • Men’s and women’s tops and men’s trunks may be exchanged, depending on fabric availability.
  • Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including product images, logos, text, and original designs—is the property of Ruseval Swimwear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written authorization.

5. ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact color or texture due to screen differences.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ruseval Swimwear shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Bienvenido a Ruseval Swimwear. Al acceder a este sitio web y adquirir nuestros productos, usted acepta los siguientes Términos de Servicio. Por favor, léalos con atención.

1. CONDICIONES GENERALES

Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar el servicio a cualquier persona, en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo. Los precios y la disponibilidad de productos pueden cambiar sin previo aviso.

2. USO Y CUIDADO DEL PRODUCTO

Nuestros trajes de baño están diseñados para uso recreativo. Ruseval Swimwear no se responsabiliza por daños causados por mal uso, falta de cuidado o desgaste natural. Siga siempre las instrucciones de cuidado incluidas con cada prenda.

3. SOLO CAMBIOS (NO REEMBOLSOS)

Aceptamos cambios por razones de talla dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la recepción de su orden.

  • No realizamos reembolsos.
  • Los productos deben estar en perfectas condiciones, sin uso, sin lavar y con la etiqueta y empaque original.
  • Los panties de mujer y trajes de baño completos no tienen cambio por razones de higiene.
  • Los tops de mujer y los trajes de hombre sí tienen cambio, sujeto a disponibilidad de tela.
  • El cliente asume todos los costos de envío y reenvío.
  • El cambio se procesa únicamente después de recibir e inspeccionar la pieza devuelta.

4. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

Todo el contenido de este sitio web—including imágenes, logotipos, textos y diseños originales—es propiedad de Ruseval Swimwear y no puede ser copiado ni utilizado sin autorización escrita.

5. EXACTITUD DEL CONTENIDO

Nos esforzamos por representar nuestros productos con la mayor precisión posible. No obstante, no garantizamos una representación exacta del color o textura debido a las diferencias entre pantallas.

6. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

Ruseval Swimwear no se hace responsable por daños directos, indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso de nuestro sitio web o productos.

7. LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.
